The REXE KYB workflow collects all required organisation documents through a structured in-platform request system. You specify which documents are required per entity type — articles of association, certificates of incorporation, director registers, shareholder agreements, UBO declarations — and REXE sends the request to the organisation contact. Documents arrive in a tracked, version-controlled vault, not an inbox.
Every corporate buyer or seller in REXE has a UBO chain. REXE tracks beneficial ownership through multiple layers — natural persons, holding companies, trusts, and nominee structures. Each UBO is identity-verified via iDenfy and screened for PEP/sanctions status. The record is exportable as a PDF structured to Cyprus AML Directive and FATF requirements.
CSPs acting as intermediaries between REXE and end clients operate under signed intermediary agreements. These agreements are managed inside REXE: created, signed (eIDAS), stored, and linked to every matter opened under the intermediary's agency. Compliance officers can pull every agreement, every matter, every party in one export.
REXE sends structured document requests to entity contacts. Each request specifies the document type, format requirements, and deadline. Outstanding items are flagged on the CSP dashboard until resolved.
