Your valuation is the escrow release condition

REXE links valuation reports directly to transaction milestones. When you issue a formal valuation, it is attached to the matter record. If the purchase price is contingent on valuation — as it is in most mortgage-backed transactions — the escrow release condition is only triggered once your report is on file, reviewed, and accepted. Your professional opinion has contractual weight.

AI due-diligence analysis before you commit your signature

Before you issue a final valuation, REXE's AI due-diligence module checks the matter record: title status, encumbrances, planning history, previous sale prices, DLS records, and comparable transactions. It doesn't write your report. It makes sure you've seen everything there is to see before you put your name on it.

Comparable market analysis built into your workflow

The valuation module includes a comparative market analysis (CMA) tool fed by Casafari property data for Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy — and local data sources for Cyprus and Greece. Current listings, recent sales, price-per-square-metre trends, and days-on-market data are available in a single view before you begin.
