REXE links mortgage drawdown to matter milestones. If the title is not clear, the engineering certificate is not on file, or the insurance is not in place, the drawdown condition is not satisfied — and the escrow release does not proceed. Lender conditions are enforced structurally, not by memory or a checklist in a spreadsheet.

Discharge processed in the platform, not by fax

When a loan is repaid, the REXE discharge wizard generates the required documentation, routes it for eIDAS signing, and coordinates the DLS (Cyprus) or Cadastre (Greece) filing. The discharge is tracked in the matter record alongside the original mortgage, creating a complete lending lifecycle record for your files.
