REXE escrow accounts are PSD2-compliant segregated accounts held with EU-licensed banking partners. REXE retains all interest earned on funds under management as the Account Management Fee — no separate percentage charge is applied to parties.
At current ECB deposit rates, a €300,000 deposit held for 6 months generates meaningful interest income — disclosed in full before account opening.
Escrow charges relate to REXE escrow services. They are not Realtor Suite charges; the Realtor Suite does not hold or move money.
Charged at settlement. Multi-title transactions (where a single matter covers multiple title registrations) attract a slightly higher fee. All fees are configurable per firm via company settings.
VAT applied where applicable. Escrow-Only (Funds Holding) transactions €250. Brokerage fees (mortgage 1% of loan amount, insurance per-policy, engineering/valuation coordination €150 each) apply only when the corresponding workflow is active on a transaction.
A seat is any team member in your organisation who is set to active (non-ghost) status. You can deactivate former staff — those accounts don't count toward your billing.
The trial starts when you create your organisation. You get full access to all features of your chosen plan for 14 days. No credit card required to start.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Per transaction (per matter). The fee is charged at settlement. The default payer is the buyer, but this can be configured per firm or per matter.
Yes. Escrow account fees (€750 set-up, €75/month maintenance) are charged per escrow account opened on a matter. The subscription covers platform access; escrow fees cover the regulated custody service.
